Learn how to play pickleball in Melbourne with our beginner pickleball lessons. Ideal for beginners wanting to learn the proper technique for hitting the ball. Learn how to serve, return, volley and rally consistently. Private and small group beginner pickleball coaching lessons are available.

GROUP COACHING

Group coaching is available

Take your game to the next level with our intermediate coaching lessons. Improve footwork, technique and consistency of dinks, deep serves, return of serves, 3rd shot drops, drives, volleys, resets, ATP’s and more. Practising game strategy with a coach via repetitive drills that focus on certain shots will dramatically improve your overall game and skill rating.

Pickleball Coaching Melbourne run group coaching sessions for both beginner and intermediate players. Each coaching session includes drills that cover all shot types followed by 15 minutes of match play at the end to test out your new skills.

The best way to get fit and into shape for pickleball is to do pickleball-specific training. Exercises that resemble the movements on a court are the ones you should focus on. If you plan to play competitive matches or participate in the MPL then you will want to be as fit and conditioned as you can.
